I have been teaching yoga for almost 8 years, and have a passion for sharing movement with everyBODY. i train clients privately 1-1 and in small group settings. I am a firm believer that being fit in all three ways (physical, mental, and emotional) equally is so important. Even if your physical body is in great shape, but your mind is not... there will be discontent or lack of fulfillment leaving you empty in some way.
